Terms
"Orders" - meaning orders placed on this web site. These are treated as an offer to purchase goods at a specified price.
All Orders placed on our web site are treated as an Offer to Purchase goods or services from us at the specified price. Our web site does send an order acknowledgement to you immediately. However, this is an informational email only which serves to indicate that we have received your offer to purchase and gives you an opportunity to check the order details. It does NOT indicate a contract has been formed, nor does it indicate performance.
We DO NOT charge you card until your order is ready to despatch. When we have processed your order, you will receive a second confirmation email with the despatch details included. It is at this point it is deemed that we have accepted your order and a legally binding contract formed between us. |
