Right to Cancel (Consumers Only)
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, starting with the day after we deliver the goods to you. Certain goods are exempt.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 7 days and follow the cancellation procedure to return the goods to us. You must return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days. If you do not return the goods to us within this period, we will arrange collection of the goods from you and charge you the direct cost of recovering the goods from you.
If the goods are returned as purchased, with all relevent components, we will issue a refund less the cost of shipping the goods to you. If the goods are returned incomplete, we reserve the right to charge you a restocking fee.
You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are adequately packed and insured for their return journey to us.
Once you have exercised your right to cancel, you have a legal obligation to take good care of our goods and to restore them to us.

DOA Items
If items are DOA or faulty AT THE TIME that we deliver the goods to you, we will repair, replace or refund the goods at our cost.
In this instance, you must notify us of this within 1 working day after delivery. Defects reported after this period will be subjected to the Warrenty Return procedure.

Warrenty Returns
Obtain a online RMA number, send goods back to us (at your cost) and we will test the goods.
If they are found to be faulty within the warrenty period, we will repair, replace or refund the goods at our discretion. We will send any goods back to you at our cost.
If testing reveals that the goods are not faulty, then you will be liable for a testing fee of £15 and the shipping costs back to you.

Unathorised Returns
Any goods returned to us without a valid authorisation will not be processed and will simply cause delays.
All unathorised returns will be charged a £10 administration fee before their release, regardless of your rights under any of our other policies.
Unclaimed product will be disposed of after 14 working days.
