SpecificationThe CD-887 controller can support a CD reader (or hard disk), up to seven CD writers, allowing you to build a cost effective but high performance CD duplicator that will copy upto 7 full cd's in minutes.
Once built, simply insert the master disc into the reader, blank media into the writers and simultaneous duplication starts without any further manual intervention. The controller allows the user to have control over numerous menu options,including copy speeds, compare functions and the number of target discs required.
Copy "on the fly" (from CD to CD) or from hard disc (if fitted) to easily create multiple copies of your CD'S.
The controller optimises the writing speed of the duplicator to the quality of the media inserted, to achieve maximum write success and supports technology to minimise failures due to buffer underruns.
The CD-887 is compatible with a range of CD-R/RW writers up to 52x such as Plextor, Teac, Sanyo,Sony, Liteon etc. This model has 32 Mb of buffer memory which ensures consistent, error-free operation to a level which far exceeds models with less buffer memory. The unit features a two-line 20 character LCD display unit and two push-buttons to control its operation.
